This website was created on behalf of the Seminole Point Subdivision Section C Architectural Control Committee for the benefit of all owners in the Seminole Point Community.

Section 1 owners are warmly welcome here. Governance of Section 1 — including its covenants and review processes — is administered independently by that section's own organization.
